Summary of key Technical Experience and Skills:
- The ideal candidate should be able to drive the Customer and govern the Onsite Offshore model.
- They should be good in all aspects of the software development lifecycle in a structured environment and can work with very little direct supervision in a team environment.

Responsibilities include:
* Assist product development teams with requirements validation
* Assist product development teams with software validation and test
* Judgment skills are needed to assess high-risk areas of an application on which to focus testing efforts when time is limited

Skill Set:
* Can develop test plans, test strategy, and drive white-box and gray-box testing
* Can proactively identify risk, risk mitigation and communication to stakeholders
* Is highly motivated, proactive, and a great team communicator
* Should be able to provide functional, business process and technical testing services for all software & business process development projects, and externally developed projects, from initiation through to implementation

Job Qualifications:
* 10+ years of professional work experience in a quality assurance testing function
* Strong hands-on experience writing test plans and test cases

(1) DWH / Database Test Lead

5 – 10  years of testing experience

Experience in DWH/Database level testing.

Experience in SQL and sound DB concepts.

Cognos Reports testing.

 (2) Cognos Testers -

2+ yrs of Testing experience in Cognos Reports, Cubes in BFS domain with hands-on Unix and SQL. Experience of Quality Center tool and good in communication.

(3) Datawarehouse (DWH) Testers

2+ yrs of Datawarehouse (DWH) Testing experience using Teradata SQL, strong in SQL, experience of Banking and Quality Center tool, good in communication.

(4) Test Leads –

5 – 10  years of testing experience, mandatory in BFS Domain / Projects.

 (5) QTP Testers –

2 – 6  years of QTP testing experience, preferably in BFS projects/ Domain.

Preparation of Scenario, Test Cases & Test Data, Test Execution, Defect identification & logging
