Summary of key Technical Experience and Skills:
- The ideal candidate should be able to drive the Customer and govern the Onsite Offshore model.
- They should be good in all aspects of the software development lifecycle in a structured environment and can work with very little direct supervision in a team environment.

Responsibilities include:
* Assist product development teams with requirements validation
* Assist product development teams with software validation and test
* Judgment skills are needed to assess high-risk areas of an application on which to focus testing efforts when time is limited

Skill Set:
* Can develop test plans, test strategy, and drive white-box and gray-box testing
* Can proactively identify risk, risk mitigation and communication to stakeholders
* Is highly motivated, proactive, and a great team communicator
* Should be able to provide functional, business process and technical testing services for all software & business process development projects, and externally developed projects, from initiation through to implementation

Job Qualifications:
* 10+ years of professional work experience in a quality assurance testing function
* Strong hands-on experience writing test plans and test cases
